Experteer Overview In this role you will bridge marketing and sales to maximize Spain's theatrical slate performance. You’ll lead cooperative trade marketing with local cinema circuits and provide essential sales support to optimize bookings and box office results. You will translate local release strategies into circuit-focused activations while coordinating assets, premieres, and events. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to measure ROI, gather market intelligence, and adapt plans to evolving schedules. This is a hands-on role at the heart of exhibitor partnerships and campaign execution with a clear impact on Spain’s theatrical business.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Build and sustain strategic relationships with local cinema circuit marketing teams to craft effective campaigns for all Spain theatrical releases - Negotiate co-op marketing agreements and manage budgets, flighting, and deliverables with circuits in Spain - Coordinate integrated local promotions including in-cinema displays, digital campaigns, and point-of-sale initiatives - Produce and deliver circuit-specific marketing assets (standees, posters, digital content, co-branded materials) - Track campaign effectiveness and ROI by circuit;
provide market intelligence to inform marketing and sales negotiations - Support competitive intelligence on local strategies and release positioning in Spain and select international markets - Analyze correlation between marketing spend and box office/market share to optimize future campaigns - Coordinate with International Marketing on extensions of global exhibitor initiatives and partner materials - Oversee local trade marketing budgets and reconcile expenditures with circuits, including invoicing with Finance - Assist in executing local sales strategies;
manage independent exhibitor bookings, holdovers, and records of terms/payments - Develop end-to-end delivery of materials (trailers, posters, promos) with internal teams and external suppliers - Plan and deliver trailers and promotional assets across Spain;
support premiere eventsand experiential activations - Create local strategic framework for internal/external screening programs and support exhibitor conventions and eventsResponsabilidades - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint) - Experience presenting to customers, stakeholders, and teammates - Experience in theatrical trade marketing, cinema marketing, theatrical distribution, or entertainment sales - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with cinema circuit marketing teams and exhibitors - Experience with film marketing campaigns and understanding of theatrical release strategies - Proven track record negotiating co-operative marketing agreements and managing budgets - Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and bookings - Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, sales tools and business intelligence platforms - Understanding of theatrical exhibition landscape, cinema marketing capabilities, and sales dynamics - Budget management experience with ability to track ROI and campaign effectiveness - Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing release schedules and market conditionsRequisitos principales -
