Your missions :
The Financial and Administrative Manager oversees all finance-related tasks for ATISA & Loiret Haëntjens Spain legal entities (main mission) and handles HR, Facility Management, and IT administrative tasks for the site (secondary mission).
Management :
* Establish and implement department goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
* Lead and develop a strong accounting and finance team (3 people) and foster a high-performance corporate culture.
* Collaborate regularly with Tereos Corporate Commercial controlling team.
Financial analysis :
* Provide value-added financial reporting and analysis to support management decision-making.
* Recommend benchmarks for measuring divisional and departmental performance.
Accounting :
* Oversee all accounting functions, including operational accounting and consolidation, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
* Manage financial planning and budgeting, including forecasts.
* Coordinate budget planning with the Commercial Manager ATISA (HOS).
Reporting :
* Ensure compliance with external and internal reporting standards.
* Support process, organizational, and financial systems development.
* Develop and maintain the global tax infrastructure and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Capital Asset & Treasury :
* Manage and safeguard the company's financial and capital assets.
* Improve treasury processes, including cash and risk management.
Audit & Control :
* Implement effective internal controls reflecting best practices and compliance standards.
* Manage internal and external audit relationships.
HR, Facility Management & IT Administration :
* Supervise personnel administration, general services, and IT support for the site.
Your profile :
* Master's degree in Finance or Commercial studies.
* At least 5 years of experience in finance roles.
* Experience in people management.
* Expertise in financial processes, norms, and techniques.
* Ability to analyze and present financial data to support management decisions.
* Assertiveness, good communication, organization, and coordination skills.
* Fluent in Spanish, with high-level English; French is a plus.
