Job Description
Reporting to API Implementation Manager, you are in charge to :
1. Implement new partners on our XML APIs, and optimise the service for existing partners
2. Support on group APIs, resolving incidents and finding solutions for optimisations
3. Ensure Europcar Mobility Group brands are displayed with quality on third party digital platforms to be customer oriented, protect and increase revenue
4. Support evolutions and enhancements, and coordinate with the Squad, Sales & Partners
Major areas of accountability
5. Implementation Help the business to deliver new partners with our brands (Europcar, Goldcar, Fox) & provide the implementation guidelinesCoordinate API implementation along with account manager (new partners, existing partners)Provide support to advise partners on functionalities & best practices to improve API usageMaintain documentation in relation with the squad deliveries (Partners Interface user guide, best practices guide)
6. Production Support partners and account managers on a daily basisAnalyse partner challenges, identify bugs and work in relation with Tech team & Squad to define the best solutionWork together with the Squad and the Tech team to identify potential risks on production
7. Performance analysis Benchmark API partner sites to understand their strategy and align with API featuresCoordinate & communicate any actions of resolution & optimization with partners, account managers, and Product Squad
8. Enhancement Gather partner's requirements for your Manager to validate and scope for enhancementsWork closely with the squad to follow-up developmentsTest new developments to ensure they meet the requirements to deliver in production with no regressionProvide KPIs to measure the activities and impacts from deliveries
9. Support Provide knowledge & support to Product Tribes and SquadsSupport users/countries/sales on the existing APIsBe ease with any new APIs approach (Car rentals, XRS, Fox API) and be proactive in the implementation

Qualifications
Personal profile of position holder
13. Previous experience : Ability to work effectively with technical teamsExperience in an International environmentClient management experienceEase with API
14. Education level / certificates : Degree in Business/Marketing/Travel management or equivalent experience.
15. Languages : English: completely Fluent (working language)French and/or Spanish are a plus
16. Computer skills and software used : API Knowledge including XML and JSONExperienced with all universal software Ability to learn and use any online tools (Jira / Service Now)SQL knowledge is a plus
