Responsibilities
Onboard new clients and guide them through platform setup, digital strategy, and performance fundamentals.
Build and structure PPC campaigns using best practices for targeting, bidding, creatives, and conversion tracking.
Analyze business goals and digital funnels to propose tailored advertising approaches.
Provide ongoing consultation to improve campaign performance, maximize ROI, and refine digital marketing strategy.
Conduct outbound calls to engage new clients, highlight key features, and recommend relevant solutions.
Identify opportunities for campaign expansion or adoption of advanced tools based on client needs and objectives.
Share insights on platform updates, audience trends, and optimization techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and ensure smooth onboarding lifecycle.
Support clients in integrating automation, AI features, and smart bidding strategies into their marketing processes.
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
C2 German and English.
Background in marketing or sales.
Experience with customer interaction, consulting, or campaign management.
Ability to work independently while delivering strong outcomes.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data‐driven communication approaches.
Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and presenting strategic insights.
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills.
