The opportunity
We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to ensure the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of sales processes and production systems within a global environment.
You will work closely with sales agents, IT teams, and stakeholders, combining user support, analysis, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve incidents reported by sales users, ensuring high satisfaction
- Monitor production systems to detect issues, patterns, and root causes
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose process improvements
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Create user and internal documentation to improve knowledge sharing
- Identify gaps in processes and escalate improvement opportunities
- Work with ticketing and collaboration tools to manage incidents and changes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Key Requirements (Must Have)
- Experience in application support, business support, or operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and work with business processes and IT systems
- Experience managing incidents and working with ticketing tools
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
- English B2+/C1 (mandatory)
Nice to have
- Experience supporting sales or CRM systems
- Knowledge of process modeling tools like Signavio
- Experience in automotive or similar industries
- Technical background (logs analysis, monitoring, basic troubleshooting)
- Experience with Confluence
- German language skills
