We are looking for a qualified and registered lawyer with solid experience in civil, commercial and contract law, as well as litigation for debt recovery and financial claims. The candidate will provide full legal support to the company across its different areas of activity, including contract drafting and review, legal risk assessment and direct representation in court proceedings.
Main Responsibilities
Legal advice on civil, commercial and contract matters.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements.
Management and follow-up of litigation, with particular focus on debt recovery and financial claims.
Representation of the company in oral hearings and judicial proceedings.
Legal risk assessment and preventive advisory across business operations.
Liaison with courts, official bodies and external legal counsel when required.
Essential Requirements
Law degree and mandatory registration with the Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados) — required to attend oral hearings and judicial proceedings.
Demonstrable experience in civil, commercial, contract and litigation matters.
High level of English (C1 or equivalent) — a test will be conducted.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work independently.
Valued Experience
Experience in technology companies or corporate legal departments.
Knowledge of telecommunications or technology sector regulations.
Experience in international contracts or cross-border disputes.
Familiarity with AI tools for legal research and document management.
