In this role you will define and drive the Go-To-Market plan for Sage XRT, partnering with product, sales and regional leaders. You’ll act as the market voice to sharpen positioning, messaging and adoption across Iberia and Southern Europe. You will enable commercial success by translating buyer insight and competitive intelligence into actionable go-to-market actions that accelerate growth.

This position sits in the Product Marketing team and emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable customer value and business outcomes. Barcelona-based with hybrid work flexibility, offering an opportunity to influence product success across multiple markets.

- Enable commercial success across Iberia (Spain & Portugal) and Southern Europe, and other geographies
- Serve as the voice of the market and customer through insights and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate cross-functionally xugodme with Product Management, Product Operations, Sales, Marketing, Enablement and regional leadership
- Drive performance, adoption and growth of Sage XRT through clear positioning and execution
- Partner with regional teams to translate product value into compelling market messaging
