Experteer Overview In this role you will lead complex compliance investigations and risk-based regional monitoring, translating findings into actionable remediation in collaboration with regional teams. You will shape investigative quality and monitoring effectiveness within the healthcare and life sciences regulatory landscape. You’ll work autonomously under strategic direction to uphold ethical conduct and a culture of psychological safety. This position offers influence across regions, enabling impactful risk mitigation through data-driven insights.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Independently conduct complex investigations from intake to disposition with evidence handling and reporting - Develop and execute risk-based regional monitoring plans in collaboration with regional leads - Analyze findings to identify trends and generate actionable intelligence for stakeholders - Track remediation commitments and integrate outcomes into regional programs - Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Global Security, Quality, Privacy - Contribute to Speak Up program training and non-retaliation awareness - Support continuous improvement through data analysis and AI-powered opportunities - Manage special projects under the Global Sr. Director, Compliance Investigations & MonitoringResponsabilidades - Bachelor in Accounting/Finance or related field with substantial experience (12+ years) - Experience in Health Care Compliance or related domains - Strong investigative judgment and ability to work autonomously - Knowledge of healthcare and life sciences regulatory frameworks (FDA, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, GDPR/CCPA) - Experience designing and executing monitoring activities and remediation tracking - Proficiency with case management and data analytics tools - Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
