Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our team in Valencia for a full-time, on-site position. The role involves managing relationships with key business partners, supporting client account needs, and ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction. The Junior Account Manager will assist with onboarding new clients, track performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and identify opportunities for growth. Collaboration with internal teams, preparation of reports, and helping resolve client inquiries will be essential components of the role.
Qualifications
Account management and client relationship skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities
Proficiency in business analytics to monitor and report on client performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
Familiarity with the iGaming industry or similar sectors is a plus
Proficiency in tools like spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and other project management software
Ability to adapt to new challenges and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in English is required;
knowledge of additionallanguages (Italian or Portuguese) is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
