We have open positions at our busy excursion offices in both Paguera and Santa Ponsa, where you will help visitors discover the best boat trips on the island.
In this role, you will be the face of our company at our sales points.
Your main tasks will include welcoming tourists, providing detailed information about our boat excursions, and closing sales.
You will guide customers to find the perfect boat trip for their holiday, handle payments, and keep the sales point organized.
Your daily goal is to deliver excellent customer service and ensure every visitor leaves with a smile and a ticket for an unforgettable experience on the waters of Mallorca.
To succeed in this role, you must meet specific language requirements depending on the location.
For our Paguera sales point, you must speak Spanish, German, and English.
For our Santa Ponsa office, you must speak English and Spanish, while any additional languages will be highly valued.
We are looking for an organized, responsible, and self-motivated individual with a friendly personality and previous experience in customer service.
Please note that it is absolutely essential that you currently reside and live in Mallorca.

You will receive a seasonal contract with the possibility of renewal every year.
The position requires working six days per week with adaptable morning or afternoon shifts.
