What you'll do
Independently manage and execute all aspects of marketing for the LATAM region
Create engaging, high-quality content for social media, community platforms, and growth campaigns
Plan and implement strategic marketing campaigns in line with the region's growth direction
Ensure all external-facing content—visuals, messaging, and storytelling—meets a high-quality standard
Analyze campaign performance and user insights to iterate on marketing strategies
Stay informed about local trends, competitor activities, and cultural insights to inform content and campaign decisions
What you'll need
At least 5 years experience in marketing, with a focus on digital growth and content execution
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a creative eye for visuals and brand consistency
Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver under pressure
Solid understanding of the Spanish market, including crypto or fintech space (preferred)
Experience in designing or directing visual assets is a strong plus
