Define and own the global product strategy and value propositions for the entire product category (pumps), ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and market demands.Drive product development, manage the product portfolio, and foster innovation and operational excellence to achieve profitable revenue and market share growth while developing a sustainable competitive advantage (marketing, product development, etc.).Lead the development of New Product Development (NPD).Support global launch plans.Collaborate cross-functionally with regional marketing teams, global engineering teams, sales teams, and supply chain.Foster a customer-first and global mindset, ensuring product decisions are driven by regional customer needs and market relevance.Qualifications:
Preferably MBA or a master’s degree in Product Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Experience in product management within technical or industrial B2B sectors (hydraulics, water technology, or similar).Full proficiency in English is mandatory;
Spanish is a plus.Global and strategic mindset.
