You will support the FP&A Lead in delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful insights that directly influence decision making across the business.Role PurposeTo contribute to the financial planning cycle, monthly performance analysis, and management reporting, ensuring high‐quality data and insightful analysis for business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Financial Planning & ForecastingSupport the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling outlooks.Consolidate inputs from Business Controllers and Product Lines to ensure accuracy and alignment.B. Monthly Closing & AnalysisActively participate in the monthly closing cycle.Perform data extraction, validation, and variance analysis versus budget and forecast.Produce standard analysis packs for management review.C. Reporting & DashboardsMaintain recurring management reports and performance dashboards.Ensure reports are clear, reliable, and always delivered on time.Required ProfileExperience~3–5 years in FP&A, Controlling, Audit, or Financial Consulting.
