We are looking for a HR Shared Services Operations Associate (German speaker) within our HR Operations Team in Asturias This role involves managing key HR processes for Germany and Luxembourg, while collaborating with several departments. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of HR experience, strong administrative skills and fluency in German and English. If you are a proactive person, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, this role is for you! YOU will be involved in the following tasks: - Own several HR processes for both Germany and Luxembourg such as Onboarding, Termination, Employee Personal Changes, Verification of Employment, Contract Changes, Benefits, Maternity, Retirement. - Keep contact with other departments and stakeholders (e. g. Payroll, Legal, Compensation etc.). - Handle employee requests through HR ticket system. - Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required.
