We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead our dining experience, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable moment at our restaurant.

We are looking for a hands-on professional with a proactive mindset who is not afraid to step in when needed. More than just a manager, we are seeking a true leader and team player who leads by example and enjoys working side by side with colleagues to create an excellent guest experience and a welcoming atmosphere.
Your daily responsibilities
Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
Ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout all meal periods
Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel well taken care of during their dining experience
Managing guest requests, feedback, and special requirements with professionalism and care
Supervising, supporting, and motivating the restaurant team
Coordinating closely with the kitchen and other hotel departments
Managing reservations, table allocation, and service flow
Monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring proper stock control
Maintaining and consistently upholding high service and presentation standards
Ensuring overall guest satisfaction and a positive dining atmosphere
What we are looking for in you
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
A proactive attitude and attention to detail
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Experience with restaurant POS systems
