About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing European fintech transforming financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
We're seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between marketing and sales. You will play a key role in empowering our commercial teams with impactful content, high-conversion campaigns, and strategic programs that drive revenue across Europe. Reporting to the CMO and collaborating closely with the CRO, you will translate product value into compelling sales narratives that accelerate deal velocity and position our client as the leading financial partner for SMEs.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain an arsenal of sales assets (pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, etc.) to empower Sales with the right tools.
2. Training & Enablement: Craft training programs and workshops to onboard and upskill Sales teams on product updates, features, and customer personas.
3. Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, and Sales Ops teams to enhance lead generation, qualification, and conversion strategies. Improve MQL-to-SQL and SQL-to-win rates.
