Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation standards. Communicate effectively in English with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 3-5 years of experience in manual testing. Proficiency with Jira for test management and reporting. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, Time Off, Compensation) is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in other HCM platforms such as SAP HCM, Workday, or similar are also welcome. Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential for working with international teams.
