A Tech Lead with experience in digital environments and Agile methodologies to collaborate on a major project in the banking sector
Lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end digital journeys for account opening within an Agile (Scrum) squad.
Demonstrate strong understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, microservices, and middleware, as well as system architecture.
Manage and deliver complex projects in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
Apply solid knowledge of digital channels (web/mobile), customer journeys, and UX/UI best practices.
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of digital solutions in collaboration with architecture teams.
Work effectively with cross‑functional teams (business, product, UX, QA) to deliver customer‑centric solutions.
Manage the squad’s Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Sprint Review, Demo, Daily).
Strong expertise in integration technologies and system architecture.
Proven experience working with Agile methodologies.
Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices and customer journey design.
C1 English level required
