✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* +10y SAP BASIS Consultant, with a strong track record in project delivery and Level 3 support.
* Proven experience with SAP BASIS administration, including HANA, SAP NetWeaver, ABAP, and JAVA components.
* Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP migration projects and transitioning SAP landscapes to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Proficiency in HANA and Oracle database administration .
* Experience managing multi-landscape SAP environments, including system refreshes, upgrades, and support package applications.
* Advanced skills in performance monitoring, tuning, and systems configuration.
* Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration abilities.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies.
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Fluency in English ;
additional languages are a plus.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Plan, implement, and optimize SAP systems to meet evolving business requirements.
* Lead RISE with SAP migration projects and manage SAP landscape transitions to cloud platforms, ensuring adherence to SAP Best Practices.
* Act as a senior escalation point (L3) for complex technical issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.
* Collaborate with ABAP developers, SAP functional teams, and infrastructure operations to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
* Manage multi-landscape SAP environments, including regular system refreshes, upgrades, and application of support packages.
* Configure and maintain SLD, SOA, CUA, and SSO for seamless SAP integration and operations.
* Research, design, and implement solutions for performance monitoring and tuning.
* Lead incident management and support, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and SLA adherence.
* Mentor junior staff and foster collaboration across global teams.
