Corporate Performance Management Consultant
As a Corporate Performance Consultant, you are a technical individual and an experienced consultant, proficient with major CPM software, primarily focused on Vena Solutions. You aim to be recognized for the outstanding client experience you provide and your exceptional problem-solving mindset that drives our partners' success. What You'll Do as a Corporate Performance Management Consultant
- You will provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client
- You will create documentation and participate in project meetings
- Be a primary resource and consultant through the full lifecycle of the solution
- Gather client business requirements in partnership with the Project Lead
- Design innovative solutions customized for the client’s specific needs using always using the best practices available
- Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing, and training
- Work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure we are delivering a tailored solution meeting client’s specification
- Guide and mentor junior team members while nurturing strong client relationships, providing the support needed, online or in-person, in every step of the process
What You Need to Do the Job
- 2-3 years of related work experience
- Development/consulting/implementation experience is an asset
- Experience with databases concepts and expertise in MS Excel
- Confidence speaking and presenting information in collaborative customer settings
- High motivation for a role that combines deep technical and customer-management dimensions
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Education background in IT, Engineering, or Finance is preferred
