Manufacturing Team Leader (Afternoon shift)

At ALK, we are on a mission to improve the lives of people living with allergies, and we are seeking a dedicated and driven Team Leader to join our Aseptic Manufacturing Department.
You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient production of high-quality medicines. In this role, you will lead a team of operators and supervisors, overseeing production operations and driving continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of GMP compliance and safety.
Your key responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of aseptic production operators and supervisors during the fixed afternoon shift.
* Ensure safe and compliant execution of all manufacturing activities according to GMP and internal standards.
* Monitor production performance through KPI tracking, process reports, and continuous analysis.
* Identify talent development opportunities, support employee growth, and define individual and team performance goals.
* Supervise and ensure accuracy in manufacturing documentation, deviations, and change controls.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Engineering, and other departments to optimize processes.
* Support and/or lead process qualification activities and participate in improvement projects.
Your profile:
* Degree in a scientific discipline (Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent).
* 3–5 years of experience in aseptic production within the pharmaceutical industry, with proven leadership experience.
* Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and manufacturing best practices.
* Proficient in SAP for inventory and production control.
* Excellent skills in communication, leadership, and conflict management.
* High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
* Availability to work fixed afternoon shift (15:05–23:00), no rotation.
