Responsibilities
* Assist underwriters with the preparation and review of insurance documentation.
* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth processing of insurance policies.
* Conduct thorough checks to ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in French and English.
* Maintain accurate records and databases for underwriting activities.
* Support the team in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
* Contribute to improving workflows and administrative procedures.
* Handle additional tasks as assigned by the underwriting department.
Qualifications
* Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
* Knowledge of the insurance industry and related administrative processes.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
* Proficiency in standard office software and data management tools.
* A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.
* Spanish is highly valued, but not essential.
