This role is ideal for individuals with an interest in working with data. The intern will assist the Business Controller & Analyst in headcount reporting, controlling, and variance analysis.

Controlling : Variance Analysis : Identify and analyze discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures to understand trends and causes.
Data Gathering : Work with various departments to collect and analyze operational, business and HR data.
Compliance :
Ensure compliance with company policies and rules.
Perform cross-checks with other departments to ensure data quality.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Academic degree in Business or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Fluent in English.
Eager to improve your technical skills and valuable knowledge in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
