This role involves joining a new team of Digital Account Managers and interns to drive growth across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to grow sales within the territory and encourage customers to self-serve on our website.Contact high-potential customers via phone, video calls, and social media to drive revenue growth, understand customer needs, assess sales potential, and identify support requirements.Tailor messaging based on industry-specific challenges, business objectives, or initiatives.Demonstrate how to use our website for inquiries and orders.Build a network of customer contacts for marketing purposes.Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to prioritize customer contacts based on growth potential and cost to serve.Transfer high-potential customers requiring regular account management to our Inside and Field Sales teams, and engage proactively with them.Onboard and support new customers' eCommerce experience.Pilot new sales tactics, such as using LinkedIn for prospecting, and work as a team to refine approaches.Assist the eBusiness team in identifying and resolving customer experience issues on our website.Maintain a pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce to meet or exceed sales targets and manage pricing to optimize profitability.EducationBachelor's degree, preferably in Science or Business.ExperienceInteracting with customers to understand and solve problems.Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.Persistence and overcoming barriers to success.Experience in Sales or Customer Service is beneficial.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesSelf-directed and goal-oriented.Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.Comfortable approaching new contacts and handling rejection.Digital mindset with the ability to leverage technology and social media.Self-awareness and adaptability.Entrepreneurial spirit, willing to try new techniques.Proficient in English and fluent in Spanish.Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
