Role Description Manage key operational areas within the warehouse: Inbound, Outbound, Returns, Stock and Infrastructure.
Actively support and participate in daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Lead, develop and organise the warehouse team, maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor.
Plan and monitor staffing levels and contribute to workforce structuring as the operation grows.
Ensure accurate and timely stock control, including regular and ongoing stock‐taking activities.
Identify, initiate and implement practical process improvements within logistics operations.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards and health & safety regulations.
Monitor team performance and take hands‐on action to maintain operational efficiency and capacity.
Report directly to the Operations Manager based in Germany.
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Procurement, Product Management, IT and Supply Chain.
Conduct performance reviews in close cooperation with the People & Culture team.
Qualifications Proven experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, ideally in a supervisory or junior management role.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns and stock management.
Hands‐on mentality with the willingness to be actively involved in operational tasks when required.
Experience in leading small to mid‐sized teams in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment.
Practical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Good organisational and problem‐solving skills with a pragmatic approach.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations and operational compliance standards.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‐functionally.
Native level of Spanish and a good level of English.
