Location : Remote or hybrid (optional). Preferably in Madrid or Buenos Aires.
What We’re Looking For
Responsibilities
* Design and run multichannel sequences (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
* Work with data: enrich, segment, and prioritize prospect lists.
* Test messages, channels, and cadences until you find what converts.
* Track, analyze, and optimize key metrics (open rate, reply rate, meetings booked).
* Collaborate with marketing and sales on ABM strategies.
* Explore and propose new AI-driven workflows to gain speed.
* Document winning processes and turn them into scalable playbooks.
Qualifications
* Solid experience in growth, sales automation, or biz dev (2+ years).
* Hands-on with tools like Clay, Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, Genesy, Sales Navigator.
* Track record running cold outreach campaigns with measurable results.
* Analytical mindset: you love numbers, patterns, and running experiments.
* Creative and empathetic when crafting messages that connect.
* Have SaaS B2B or international GTM experience.
* Know ABM, growth hacking, or marketing automation.
* Played around with AI applied to sales.
