A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales & After-Sales Manager, Europe to join a globally recognised international solar technology business.
This role plays a central part in the European operations, acting as the key technical liaison between headquarters, sales teams, and customers, ensuring exceptional product performance and customer satisfaction across the region.

The successful Technical Sales & After-Sales Manager will:
* Have at least 5 years of experience in solar system technical support and after-sales service; experience with inverter manufacturers and utility-scale projects is highly desirable.
* Be comfortable delivering technical product training and customer-facing solution design, with experience in PV system simulation tools, BOS cost analysis, and LCOE calculations.
* Have experience with solar inverters of 350kw and above.
* Be proactive and detail-oriented with strong planning, organisational and execution capabilities.
* Be confident working independently and managing multiple priorities under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
* Be a strong team player with a high sense of responsibility and commitment.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with occasional business travel.
