Brand Strategy
* Define and develop Brand Objectives & detailed Brand Plan
* Provide quality input at Brand level into the OPL, MBS & Category Planning process
* Guardian of Brand Positioning & Communication across channel & categories.
* Monitor & manage Brand allocated PFME
* Develop a deep understanding of consumer & shopper behavior & competitive environment
* Identification & management of innovation/renovation projects for the Brand
Brand Plan Implementation
* Manage the implementation of the Brand plan in line with the MBS/OPL
* Review and monitor performance & where necessary modify the Brand plan.
* Develop & manage consumer communications strategy (i.e: advertising, packaging, PR, etc.)
Internal-External Alignment
* Collaborate with CDT on the development of the point of purchase strategy
* Validation of all artwork and print process associated with the Brand.
* Validation of all claims associated with the Brand
* Effectively communicate with Marketing Manager and CDT or Sales Manager for all Brand initiatives, and with other departments when relevant
* Communication with NiM Departments when relevant .
* Effectively communicate with Logistics and Factories involved in innovation / renovation projects & with demand planning on Category / Brand events that impact volume forecasts
ARE YOU A FIT?
* Graduate Bachelor of Business or MBA.
* Marketing experience as Product/Brand Manager or equivalent.
* English and Spanish
* Budget development and monitoring
* Insight, Initiative and collaboration skills
