We are seeking a Designer & Marketing Assistant with a sophisticated eye and a \"can-do\" attitude. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for a versatile creative who is as comfortable designing a vector logo in Illustrator as they are shooting engaging reels on an iPhone or managing a CRM campaign. You will work closely with the company founders and commercial team to support marketing efforts across our four different brands.
Key responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Visual Identity
* Create brand-aligned assets for digital and print (brochures, menus, social graphics, on-site signage) using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Maintain a high standard of visual consistency across all four diverse business units.
* Utilize illustration and vectorization skills to create original brand elements.
2. Content Creation & Social Media
* Produce high-quality, \"scroll-stopping\" mobile-first content (video/photo) that captures the mood of our brands with an iphone.
* Confidence and creativity behind the camera. Making people in front of the camera feel natural and comfortable to create authentic and behind the scenes content on an iphone.
* Execute social media storytelling with a focus on high engagement and audience growth; you understand what makes content trend.
* Edit photography and video content quickly and efficiently for daily output.
3. Marketing Execution & Copywriting
* Write compelling, on-brand copy for social captions, newsletters, and marketing materials in both English and Spanish.
* Manage email marketing campaigns (design and deployment) using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
* Support the wider marketing team with basic CRM management and automation tasks.
Who You Are
* A Visual Storyteller: You have a genuine passion for design, hospitality, and interior aesthetics. You understand what makes a luxury brand stand out visually.
* Agile & Resourceful: You work fast. You can switch from designing a refined property brochure for Berrow to capturing the raw energy of a lunch service at Patiki Beach without missing a beat.
* Tech-Savvy: You are fluent in the Adobe Suite but also flexible to work within Canva or Affinity if the task requires speed and collaboration.
Essential Requirements
* Languages: Native or near-native fluency in English and Spanish is non-negotiable. Strong copywriting skills in both are required.
* Design Proficiency: Advanced command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Ps, Ai, Id) and video editing software (Premiere, Rush, or CapCut).
* Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing principles, social media automation, and email platforms.
Bonus Points (Highly Valued)
* Interior Design Background: A background or strong interest in interior design is a massive plus, given the nature of our property and hospitality projects. xpzdshu
