Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Serves as the HR business partner and ambassador for ensuring people / human resource change within the business is aligned to best practice change methodologies and corporate values, supporting the success of the business.
2. Consults and partners with the MCE Leadership & Management Team to develop and deliver the organization development plan and structure, enabling the business to thrive during growth and change.
3. Leads on talent, performance management and local recruitment strategies in line with MC business needs and corporate compliance; this includes succession planning, and development plans for high potential employees to support the internal promotion of Almirall talent.
4. Works with the MC leadership team to design and deliver an effective employee engagement strategy that enables and aligns the organization.
5. Builds leadership and management capability to enable the effective leadership of the MC organization.
6. Ensures an effective compensation and benefits policy which recognizes talent and rewards performance, assessing external competitiveness and internal equity, in accordance with guidelines from Corporate.
7. Delivers an effective employee relations strategy by handling disputes, interfacing with lawyers and legal associations to ensure proper contractual and legal advice for staff.
8. Ensures all MC functions and employees comply with HR legislation & specific company regulations.
Education
1. Degree in Business, Psychology or similar.
2. Additional training in HR will be a plus.
Skills
1. High level of English.
Experience
1. More than 6 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
2. Desirable experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
