Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the F&B; service philosophy and brand identity across all properties to ensure consistency and luxury alignment.
- Oversee the corporate beverage program and ensure brand-aligned, innovative offerings across all outlets.
- Develop and implement leadership and training frameworks for service excellence.
- Drive service and beverage readiness for new openings, refurbishments, and rebranding projects.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships that strengthen brand reputation and enhance guest experience.
- Monitor and optimize front office labor costs, employee efficiency, and financial contribution to maximize profitability across all properties.
- Lead quality assurance programs and operational visits to monitor consistency and innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Culinary, Marketing, Design) to support new concept launches and guest experience evolution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in luxury Food & Beverage leadership, ideally with multi-property exposure.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analytics tools.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach.
