Captador / Lister *** Real Estate *** Full-time with Salary + Bonus *** Permanent Contract
We are one of the leading real estate agencies in Costa del Sol and we are looking for a Listing Agent with a "can do" attitude who wants to develop a career and is capable of building a remarkable property portfolio. Our main office is in Sotogrande but the job will be also performed out of the office within our core area in Western Costa del Sol (from Elviria to Alcaidesa). This position includes a net salary of 1.500€ and bonus (10% of the agency's commission per property sold).
Key duties & responsibilities:
1. Procuring listings and developing a property portfolio of resale properties within our core area from Elviria to Alcaidesa (via our CRM, calling owners, networking, etc.)
2. Selling our services to owners, and whenever possible, securing exclusivity (although not necessarily)
3. Taking pictures and videos of listings (editing can be completed by our marketing team, but pictures and videos must be taken correctly and with attention to detail; we can provide training)
4. Writing a description of the listings
5. Ensuring that all documentation is provided
Key Requirements:
1. Driver's license and own vehicle is essential
2. Full proficiency in both English and Spanish (native and quasi-native level - both speaking and writing)
3. Excellent ability to take pictures and videos and attention to detail
4. Organisational skills: properties cannot be uploaded if we do not have all the documentation, as well as the pictures, videos and description
5. Good work ethic, with a "can do" attitude
6. Capable of selling our services to clients (good presence and capable of being the face of our company)
7. Be outgoing, with good image and responsible
8. Proven experience in the sector or relevant transferable skills
9. Languages additional to English and Spanish will be valued
