🔎 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (4–6 years) with strong exposure to the banking / financial services domain to join a long-term, high-visibility project.
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business & functional requirements
* Perform process mapping and gap analysis
* Work closely with business stakeholders, technical, product, and operations teams
* Support projects related to payments, lending, risk, compliance, or core banking
* Track project progress and assist with coordination activities
* Work in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
đź› Required Skills
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst (4–6 years)
* Strong understanding of banking processes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Experience in Agile / Waterfall methodologies
🌍 Language Requirements
* English: B2 or higher
* Spanish: Required for daily communication with local stakeholders
