The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and to embrace company values as your own.You will to respond to consumers questions and complaints regarding various products, and resolving contacts in a skilful, professional and empathetic manner.Your goal will be to ensure excellent service standards, responding to consumers in a timely manner whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction going above and beyond expectations.**Requirements**:- Fluent level of Swedish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills in spoken and written (knowledge of other languages is a plus).- Very high level in English.- Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service ideally within a client facing role.
