Experteer OverviewAs a Remote Support Engineer at Agilent, you diagnose and resolve customer issues remotely to minimize downtime in chromatography systems. You will support Life Science and Chemical Analysis customers via phone, email, and chat, with emphasis on GC/LC techniques. The role blends technical servicing with training to ensure optimal system performance, in a hybrid Barcelona setting. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver proactive solutions and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades
* University Degree in Chemistry or Life Sciences
* Hands-on chromatography and spectrometry experience (GC, GCMS, LC, LCMS, HPLC, ICPMS, ICPOES)
* Full proficiency in English and Spanish
* Autonomous, customer-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills
* Good planning and organizational abilities
