Here is what we are looking for:We are seeking a **Community Manager** who is passionate about building and nurturing communities through interaction. If you are proactive, empathetic, have an exceptional ability to engage and moderate conversations on social media, and your English is impeccable—we want to meet you!### **Responsibilities:*** **Build, grow, and energize** the brand communities we work with across various digital platforms and international markets.* **Constantly monitor conversations**, proactively responding to user comments, messages, and questions in real-time, always maintaining the specific voice and tone of each brand.* **Write and adapt copy**, messaging, and responses based on the platform, ensuring communication remains consistent and highly effective for our international audiences.* **Identify potential crisis situations** within community conversations and manage them swiftly and effectively.* **Identify trends, insights, and community needs**, sharing them with internal teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of content and marketing strategies.* **Work in close collaboration** with marketing, creative, data, and customer care teams to ensure a unified and consistent communication strategy.* **Foster active listening**, facilitate proactive interactions, and drive the creation of a solid, engaged community.* Experience in social care management through CRM platforms will be highly valued.### **Requirements:*** **At least 1-3 years of proven experience** as a Community Manager, managing digital brand communities.* **High level of English and Czech (bilingual or native)**, with a demonstrated ability to communicate fluently, naturally, and effectively. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.* Prior experience managing social media accounts within the **automotive sector** is highly valued.* Deep knowledge of **major social media networks** (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and the unique interaction dynamics of each.* **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**, with an empathetic, friendly, and professional style.* **Proactive profile** with great listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience managing sensitive situations online.* Ability to interpret **engagement metrics** and extract relevant insights regarding community behavior.* Passion for digital culture, the creator ecosystem, and the latest social media platform innovations.### **Benefits of Working at VML The Cocktail***
