Experteer Overview As a Senior Solutions Architect at Iron Mountain, you guide clients through evaluating our digital solutions and serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor. You work with sales, engineering, and project services to demonstrate value, map client architectures, and shape solution design. You will lead discovery, craft compelling proposals, and help close complex deals while influencing product direction through client feedback. This role offers impact across strategic accounts and exposure to cutting-edge technologies in a globally connected, sustainability-focused organization.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Collaborate with Sales Executives to advance deals to closure - Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare for client meetings and present a coherent path to success - Conduct value-based demonstrations aligned with client business challenges - Lead discovery sessions with empathy to uncover needs - Become a subject-matter expert and provide advisory consulting - Engage with strategic accounts to expand footprint in products and services - Deliver presentations to technical, business, and C-Suite audiences - Respond to RFPs/RFQs and create client proposals - Manage ideation, design, and implementation activities for solutions - Collaborate with Engineering to influence product backlog based on client feedback - Co-architect optimal solutions with Professional Services - Present products at conferences, webinars, and events - Identify market trends and opportunities for digital products - Create Scope and Solution architecture design documents - Price deals and author Statements of Work (SOWs) - Support complex pricing models with stakeholder inputResponsabilidades - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field - Significant experience in Pre-Sales consulting or Professional Consulting services - Strong interest in winning technical aspects of deals and ensuring long-term customer success - Knowledge of ECM, BPM, App-Dev, and AI/ML concepts with ability to articulate to non-technical clients - Understanding of deployment architecture including cloud and on-premises - Excellent written and verbal communication;
