We're looking for a Brand Content Manager to join the newly established European Content Factory for one of the world's leading beauty companies. This hub services multiple European markets and four major brands, delivering consistent and high-impact content at scale.You will be at the heart of content excellence, ensuring brand consistency and supporting the rollout of up to 60 projects per month in close collaboration with agencies, markets, and international L'Oréal teams in Paris. You will report to one of five managers, within a 18-person team.Key responsabilities:
3. Ensure brand consistency across content for all channels and markets (product pages, PDPs, digital campaigns, etc.)
4. Coordinate the full content lifecycle: from planning, briefing and validation, to asset delivery
5. Act as a key point of contact between local markets, agencies, and global brand teams (DMI/CDMO)
6. Supervise content adaptation for multiple markets and languages with homogeneous structure & design
7. Contribute to the exploration of AI and GenAI opportunities in content creation and scaling
8. Manage project timelines and priorities across a high volume of deliverables

9. Fluent English (C2 / bilingual level) - daily communication with international teams is essential
10. Minimum 3 years of experience in content, marketing, or digital project management
11. Background in FMCG, beauty, or fashion is highly valued
12. Proven experience with e-commerce content, especially PDPs and product detail pages
13. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, especially with agencies and cross-country teams
14. Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus
15. Familiarity with PIM/DAM platforms is a bonus
