– open exclusively to candidates based in Spain with fluent Spanish.
SuccessFactors Payroll Lead (Client-Facing Projects)Join the front line of digital HR transformation. You’ll lead full lifecycle Payroll implementations across Spain using SAP Activate, from early scoping to go-live.Your responsibilities will include:
Leading discovery, design and delivery for EC PayrollConfiguring Payroll and Time modules for Spanish clientsRunning walkthroughs, testing and managing hypercareSupporting pre-sales, estimations and solution proposalsActing as a trusted Consultant across technical and functional areasYou’ll need:
3–5 full-cycle SAP EC Payroll implementationsStrong knowledge of Spanish payroll and legislationSAP EC certification (Time modules desirable)Hands-on experience with Time Sheet / Time Off / Time TrackingExcellent communication skills and a customer-first mindsetSalary:
up to €60,000 depending on experience
SuccessFactors Lead Consultant – EC & Time Tracking (In-House)This is an in-house role where you’ll support EC and Time Tracking operations and enhancements across the Consultancy’s internal systems.Your focus will be:
Supporting EC and Time Tracking configurationHandling internal tickets, issues and upgradesCollaborating with in-house delivery teamsHelping shape internal standards and best practiceWe’re looking for:
Experience in SAP EC & Time TrackingDesire to grow within a stable, internal teamSalary:
up to €50,000 depending on experience
