The Powertrain Performance Leader is responsible for :
1. Monitoring, evaluating, and providing final opinions on areas such as driveability, performance, fuel efficiency, pollutant emissions, and OBD NVH (noise, vibration, harshness).
2. Leading the convergence of gasoline and hybrid development concerning these performances.
3. Ensuring that cost reduction initiatives in serial life do not compromise powertrain performance levels.
Additionally, the Global Powertrain Performance Leader is also responsible for :
1. Leading a team of experts to achieve internal development targets on new engines and vehicles.
2. Synthesizing management with PPCs on emissions, consumption, drivability, and NVH.
3. Representing a unified voice on all performance aspects to the project manager.
4. Reporting to the Quality team and project during development phases.
YOUR PROFILE :
1. Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
2. An engineering degree or equivalent; a Master's degree is a plus.
3. 3-5 years of experience in powertrain calibration or related fields.
4. Knowledge of powertrain performances including fuel efficiency, pollutant emissions, drivability, and NVH.
5. A high sense of responsibility, goal orientation, and teamwork skills.
6. Participation in extracurricular activities like Formula Student is a plus.
