<p>We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Logistics Director to lead and optimize our companys logistics, warehouse, inventory and distribution operations.</p><p>We are not looking for a purely strategic profile; this role also requires someone operational, detail-oriented, and capable of driving execution on the ground. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead and oversee all logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.</li><li>Develop and execute logistics and supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.</li><li>Manage relationships with transport providers, suppliersn and external logistics partners.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal regulations, customs requirements, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.</li><li>Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements and operational excellence.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team while creating efficient operational processes.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, retail, e-commerce, and operations teams to ensure smooth business operations.</li><li>Identify opportunities for automation, system improvements, and process optimization.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Logistics Director, Senior Logistics Manager, or similar leadership role is mandatory.</li><li>Extensive experience in logistics, supply chain management, warehousing, and inventory operations.</li><li>Relevant higher education studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields are required.</li><li>Strong background in international logistics, imports/exports, and distribution operations.</li><li>Experience managing teams and leading operational logistics functions in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and operational reporting tools.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in English and Spanish is required</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Zoco Home is a leading home décor and furniture company known for our Scandinavian-Ethnic design aesthetic.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>Málaga, Spain</p>
