Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?✍️- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner.- Strong proficiency with Jira for backend development and project management.- Experience with one or more frontend frameworks (nice to have).- Solid knowledge of Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira), and version control tools such as Git.- Familiarity with product design and agile environments.- Proven experience with customer-centric development and web services.- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).- Experience working with IT teams in the insurance sector.👉WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?- Develop and maintain robust web applications using Jira and Confluence for documentation and workflow management.- Create efficient, reusable front-end components with a user-centric approach (if applicable).- Design, optimize, and maintain project structures to ensure data integrity and performance.- Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver an intuitive and customer-oriented experience.- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment.- Implement strategic product decisions based on user feedback and business needs.- Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in product management and customer experience.🚀WHY US?🚀Join our dynamic team of talented people and discover a world full of growth and opportunity.
