Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for Managing Directors and Senior Directors as needed.Handle correspondence and prepare presentations.Serve as the main contact for clients and visitors.Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.Proactively manage Senior team expenses.Maintain Managing Director timesheet data on Agresso.Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Organize and participate in business development activities.Update and manage client information and prospects in Salesforce.Office Operations Support :
