What will be your mission?
The CRM & Loyalty Trainee will assist in executing CRM Global Campaigns, Loyalty Programs, and Public Promotions. They will collaborate with Business Units, Revenue, Brand, and eCommerce teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve targets related to traffic, engagement, revenue, and customer recurrence.
What will you do?
* Coordinate and follow up on promotional and marketing materials with other departments.
* Implement marketing campaigns and assist with target segmentations in campaign management tools.
* Prepare recurrent and ad-hoc reports on campaign KPIs.
* Conduct and follow up on competitive benchmark reports.
* Support data protection in email marketing campaigns according to GDPR regulations.
What are we looking for?
Prior experience in a CRM/Digital Marketing department is appreciated.
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, or similar studies.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with Marketing Automation platforms and Google Analytics is valued.

Conditions
The position is based at Madrid Headquarters, located at c/ Santa Engracia 120, 28003 (hybrid remote & office model). It is a full-time role with immediate start, lasting one year. You will join a young, multicultural team with an international scope.
