Key Responsibilities
Support the design and implementation of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Analyze battery performance data and control systems to optimize efficiency.
Coordinate the integration of storage systems with the grid and other renewable sources (solar, wind, etc.).
Conduct technical studies to evaluate project feasibility and system sizing.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to improve the performance and profitability of storage systems.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably focused on energy storage.
Knowledge of battery systems, inverters, and energy controllers.
Familiarity with modeling and simulation software for storage systems (e.G., HOMER, PVSyst, MATLAB, Python, etc.).
Experience integrating storage systems into the electrical grid.
Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards for energy storage.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary environments.
Experience with SCADA, EMS, or Battery Management Systems (BMS).
Certifications related to energy storage or electrical networks.
