This is a permanent contract with Hydro, a leading multinational company in the aluminum sector.Full‑time positionCompetitive compensation package + monthly bonusEmployee benefitsCompany carOption to work from home / flexible hoursWhat you will be doing- Actively seeking and prospecting for new potential clients.- Identifying business opportunities and expansion within the assigned territory.- Conducting sales visits, product/service presentations, and opportunity follow‑up.- Developing and maintaining a strong portfolio through long‑term business relationships.- Analyzing the market and identifying new needs or relevant trends.- Regularly reporting on sales activity, sales forecasting, and results.Requirements and technical skills- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's). High level of spoken and written English.- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in sales, business development, or sales prospecting.- Strong results orientation and ability to work towards targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.- Ability to work independently, managing a large geographical area.- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
