Job Summary :
As a Vice President, Client Advisor in the Spanish private banking team, you will lead new client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investments, banking, trust services, and financial planning. You will also be responsible for the client experience and engaging our resources to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.

Job Responsibilities :
Generate business results and acquire new assets from both existing clients and new prospects.
Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs.
Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise when needed.
Understand clients' goals and objectives to develop and implement investment plans, including holistic asset allocation, investment management, portfolio construction, and tactical shifts.
Ensure solutions fulfill clients' needs and objectives through a holistic, goals-based planning approach.
Strictly adhere to all risk, control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
Collaborate with other Client Advisors to maximize team strength and achieve team goals.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills :
Significant experience in Private Banking working with high net worth individuals or related fields within financial services.
Previous business development experience with profiling, negotiation, and proactive referral requests.
Dynamic and credible professional with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and a disciplined, organized approach.
Understanding of investments, banking, and trust concepts, including asset allocation, portfolios, deposit and loan solutions, and wealth planning opportunities.
Strong reputation with an established network.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills :
Experience in asset allocation or multi-asset class portfolio sales is advantageous.
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is a plus.
