About the Function Sales is where our brands meet the real world. This team builds the relationships that bring our products to life, partnering closely with customers across markets, channels and occasions to make sure our brands are part of moments that matter everywhere. Responsibilities Accountable to deliver the designated area performance and KPIs through consistent monitoring and measurement.
Suggest improvements to reach desired goals.
Work collaboratively with RTM to reach Diageo's goals in the area.
Ensure direct and continuous coverage of the assigned portfolio.
Build positive relationships with decision‐makers at the point of sale (Owner, Bartender, Floor Manager).
Guarantee 365 execution and ensure distribution.
Find opportunities to secure incremental sales.
Implement brilliant activations and events to strengthen brand positioning and recruit new consumers.
Conduct operational planning for Hospitality Points of Sale in the assigned territory.
Act as a strategic advisor to optimize the portfolio at each point of sale.
Build and supervise sustainable Joint Business Plans focused on volume commitments, visibility, execution and amplification.
Lead commercial relationships between Diageo and the managers of hospitality POS already present in the client portfolio.
Drive sales and visibility of our brands in POS, aiming to increase product rotation in the market.
Execute the monthly work plan; plan visits (for the next week/month) with established frequency by client type and identify the objective of each visit, ensuring interaction at all levels of the hospitality POS (business review with ownership, follow‐up on hospitality agreement with manager, stock check with bar chief, interaction with floor and bar staff).
Qualifications Passion for sales and eagerness to grow in the spirits sector.
Analytical skills and commercial acumen.
Strong desire to learn and grow within a large company.
Valid driver's license in Spain.
Languages: Intermediate English (B1) and fluent Spanish.
Experience in the hospitality channel is an advantage.
