The role:
 * Overseeing the entire order process, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time.
 * Ensure that customers are correctly parameterised in the system to optimise their experience and facilitate the management of their orders.
 * Manage customer claims efficiently, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.
 * Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
 * Constantly monitor order deliveries and ensure that they arrive on time and in the agreed conditions.
 * Monitor industry and customer service related KPIs, ensuring compliance with set targets.
 * Manage the company's CRM tool to maintain an organised and detailed record of all customer interactions.
 * Providing assistance to customers on the use of our products, resolving doubts and providing customised solutions.
 * Maintain fluid communication with Area Sales Managers to anticipate their needs and resolve incidents efficiently.
 * Manage refund or compensation policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
 * Ensure that records of activities and communication with each Area Sales Managers are accurate and up to date.
 * Create and improve procedures for customer feedback and complaint resolution.
The candidate:
 * Experience in a similar position.
 * Native English.
 * Working in a team.
 * Experience in SAP.
 * Knowledge of purchasing, marketing and logistics.
 * Sales experience.
 * Strong ability to handle customers over the phone.
