We serve the OEMs and the Aftermarket with our and our customer's top brands.For our growing Automotive division inManzanares(SPAIN) at the earliest possible date we are looking for a :HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Plant Manager.ResponsibilitiesLead the HSE operations and activities in the Manufacturing Plant, promoting a safe working environment for employees and contractors and ensuring compliance with all legal HSE requirements.Drive Technical HSE projects, manage HSE technical requirements, best practices sharing, budget and scheduling follow-up.Lead the Risk Assessment process, implement the Company Management System, and ensure internal and external audit processes.Direct HSE programs and activities to ensure compliance with national and local laws and regulations and Company Policy.Define and execute investments and resources necessary for the implementation of HSE programs.Prepare and analyze EHS KPIs and reporting, ensuring data quality and timeliness.Conduct plant inspections and assess HSE conditions.Identify, verify, and ensure compliance with legal and other Company and/or Customer requirements.Attend meetings with external companies, suppliers and local authorities when required.QualificationsUniversity degree in Industrial Engineer or similar.At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial environment.Business fluent in English.BenefitsYou will benefit from exciting personal and professional development opportunities, additional corporate well-being initiatives, and several key benefits, including:Offer of medical insurance on preferential terms.Working with us means being engaged and agile.
